Pump Calibration Stage: 1. On site Preparation of Borang “E”   2. Planning and preparation for Calibration Measuring Tools preparation includes measuring can (10 Litres), Ministry Seal and Seal Cutter   3. Open up pump cover 4. Preset amount of fuel to 10 5. Dispense the petrol/diesel into the 10 liters' measuring can to ensure that the volume is within the tolerance ( 10 to 50ml) 6. Cut the old seal and adjust the calibration adjustor to get the volume of fuel within the tolerance   7A. Not within  Tolerance Ministry inspector will seal the adjustor once the volume of fuel being dispensed is accurate/within tolerance   7B. Within Tolerance Cut the old seal and the ministry inspector will seal the calibration adjustor with a new seal
Handover Stage: Close up pump cover Ministry will provide the sticker of the calibration and next calibration date for the pump The sticker will be sticked on the top panel above the visigauge Product ready to sales to Customer
