Hexagon-Tatsuno Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was awarded Retail Equipment Maintenance (REM) Contract in 2001 as Service Contractor with Shell for Malaysia covering 850 stations. Services cover Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Certification, Calibration and Commissioning of all petrol retail equipment.

We have stayed on the leading edge of this service by providing system and services enhancement through utilization of state of art information communication technology. Our Web Enabled Helpdesk provides accurate and quick response in addition to real time records of maintenance history. This information is useful for making management decision on system improvements.

New focus area of value generation for REM is in the areas of break-down prevention and failure prediction. Thus, REM’s ultimate mission is to maximize equipment up-time which will translate into profitability for petrol retail corporations.
